Working for this established and growing organisation, the Data Administrator will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of data accuracy, administration and risk mitigation.

The Data Administrator will be rewarded with 23 days’ holiday, increasing with service to 30 days; quarterly staff awards and long service rewards; company events; a healthcare cashback scheme and life assurance.

As Data Administrator, your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 530pm, working on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Analysing and verifying data and reports, Identifying data discrepancies when conducting checks
  • Ensuring that data submitted for review is processed in accordance with the expected standards
  • Dealing efficiently with queries internally and externally, both verbally and written
  • Consistently meet day to day performance targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensuring the output of all aspects of data are of the highest quality and meet the set criteria
  • Recognising and adapting to daily priorities

Skills and Experience

  • Data management experience, including data entry, analysis and verification
  • Experience of case management systems, MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Teams
  • Confident to work to a strict process and procedures, ensuring full compliance
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Effective time management and responsible for tracking own progress
  • Identifying actionable insights from day-to-day activities
  • Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing
  • Share learnt knowledge and support
