The Role: Business Liaison Advisor

We are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Liaison Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will investigate ongoing construction projects, leveraging various communication channels to uncover valuable opportunities for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on current construction projects using telephone, internet, and other communication tools.
  • Directly interact with customers via their internal CRM system, answering inquiries about project information.
  • Manage your workload to ensure timely, accurate, and up-to-date project information delivery.
  • Achieve KPI targets related to project volume and data quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts in the construction industry.
  • Flexibly undertake additional tasks as required by the manager and business needs.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in an outbound calling role (such as Research, Debt Collection, Account Management, Sales).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Active listening skills and resilience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Dedication to consistently producing high-quality work.
  • Team player with an understanding of how to contribute to team success.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or similar.
  • Experience using CRM systems and strong analytical skills.
  • Accountable, reliable, and career-driven.

The Package:

In return for your experience, our client is looking to pay a basic salary of 25,000, plus bonus, plus an incredible benefits package, including up to 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
