Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer wanting to take a step back from the tools or have Electrical training experience and looking to join a company who offer a fantastic work life balance and culture?

In this role, you will be using the onsite facilities to train and coach Engineers at the beginning of their careers through their Level 3 qualifications with a mix of classroom and workshop teaching. You do not need to have any teaching qualifications to apply for this role.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing environment, preferably with a Level 3 qualification or relevant apprenticeship but this is not essential. Experience with some training is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS.

The role:
* Electrical Trainer of apprentices
* Site based in Ellesmere Port
* Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)
* Flexitime and opportunities to accrue 12 extra days of holiday

The person:
* Background in Electrical Maintenance, manufacturing environment
* Preferred relevant Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship
* Training experience not required but is advantageous
* Looking to take step back from the tools
