Bennett and Game are currently on the lookout for a skilled Electrical Estimator for our client based near to Ellesmere Port, who work within utility connections and networks industry.
Electrical Estimator Job Overview
- Responsible for the timely production of detailed pricing of Multi Utility quotes up to 33kV from client scope/Specification or DNO Point of Connection.
- Compilation of accurate estimates from first principal methods for multi discipline works, including labour, plant, equipment, materials and sub-contract requirements during tendering and bidding.
- Preparation of tenders and quotations from specifications and drawings within defined time periods.
- Preparation of Tenders and Quotations from DNO Point of Connection offers within defined time periods.
Electrical Estimator Job Requirements
- Detailed understanding of DNO/IDNO/ICP's.
- Experienced Engineer with a proven history in providing technical solutions and costing for an electrical and civil engineering environment up to 33kV on Private and/or Regulated DNO/IDNO Networks.
- Based within a commutable distance of Ellesmere Port.
- Full UK driving licence would be preferable.
Electrical Estimator Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary depending on experience (ideal bracket between £35,000 to £55,000).
- Full time position - Monday to Friday. Hybrid working can be discussed within the working hours / patten.
- Holiday package - 25 days plus bank holidays.
- Company pension scheme - 5% Employee with 3% Employer.
- Statutory sick pay.
- Business performance bonus - (not guaranteed) - best bonus paid is 1 months' salary and minimum bonus paid to date £250.
