Our client, a prominent organisation in Ellesmere Port, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an Executive Member. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth operations and acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive's Representative's schedule, ensuring efficient time use across business priorities.
  • Support decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation with executives.
  • Lead key projects that benefit the business and enhance your skills as an Executive Assistant.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and calendar management with the CEO's PA.
  • Prepare relevant information for the C Suite Representative before meetings.
  • Track marketing expenses and manage purchase requests and approvals.
  • Assist the Marketing team with travel arrangements and admin tasks.
  • Complete critical tasks like drafting letters and correspondence to support the Executive.

Leadership:

  • Provide timely, accurate information for meetings and events.
  • Maintain an organised, efficient schedule for the Executive.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of high performance and achieving success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional integrity, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities with a calm demeanour.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of forming and maintaining connections with various individuals.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
