We are working with a mortgage broker who is looking for a self - employed mortgage advisor to join their team. You will be dealing mainly with new build mortgages, but also shared ownership, remortgages and some BTL.

Please note you will be expected to do site visits. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility for you to manage your own diaries.

Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Advisor:

  • Minimum 1 years' Mortgage Advice experience
  • CAS status preferred but not essential
  • CeMAP qualified

Duties as a Mortgage Advisor include:

  • Convert leads provided by the business
  • Make sure all work is compliant
  • Helping find each customer the right products to suit them
  • Must be driven and determined
