Position:Assembly Operative

Location:Ellesmere Port

Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Salary:£12.21p/h

HRGO are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have assembly or warehouse experience, work within a small team to ensure goods are assembled tested and dispatched to customer specification and times scales.

Key Tasks:

  • Operate the Laser Engraving Machine to engrave
  • To operate machinery such as, cutters, shrink wrapping burners, pelleting machines, alongside basic power tools.
  • Assist in the creation of a safe and efficient working environment by supporting improvement activities.
  • Works according to standards and supports the optimisation of new work practices, setting new standards
  • Assist with all other aspects of the implementation of the Operating System and Key Health & Safety / Housekeeping tasks
  • Ensure the operation complies with all company and regulatory H&S requirements.
  • Ensure that housekeeping is maintained to agreed standards and related Management Controls are applied.

Must have have current driving licence to go to multi-sites, overnight stays will be required on occasion.
