Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Role & Responsibilities:

* Identifying and targeting prospective opportunities / customers
* Pricing and preparing new tenders, ensuring that they are followed up adequately to maximise the secure rate of targeted opportunities
* Building relationships with clients old and new
* Interpreting specifications, schedules, and scopes of works to produce competitive solutions in line with customer requirements
* Reading and scaling building drawings to ensure customer requirements are met and where possible exceeded

Qualifications/Experience Required:

* Experienced scaffolding estimator with an in-depth knowledge of the scaffolding industry and previous scaffold estimating experience
* Be experienced in interpreting specifications, schedules, and scopes of works
* Be commercially aware with ability to interpret terms and conditions of customer's enquiries
* Be experienced in reading and scaling building drawings
* Be experienced in pricing and preparing tender enquires
* Experience in Smart Scaffolder would be preferable
