Acorn by Synergie is looking for Warehouse Operatives for their logistics client based in Pioneer Business Park in Ellesmere Port. * Immediate starts available * Ongoing work * Excellent opportunities for permanent contracts Shifts available currently are 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday, these hours are not rotational, one set of fixed hours is worked
Experience (advantageous):
* Order picking* Other associated Warehouse duties within a busy warehouse environment* Experience of manual handling* IT skills* This role may involve order-picking , packing and general warehouse tasks including labelling, palletising and other manual tasks* Experience of using MHE is essential* Previous flt counterbalance experience would be a distinct advantage
There may also be some computer-based work involved to update stock via a computer system.
Benefits: * Hourly rate starts at £12.25 per hour for am shift and £13.48 for pm shift and increases upon completion of all training on site * Overtime is readily available and payable at enhanced rates * The work is located in a modern facility with excellent working conditions * The company operate an excellent training programme and there are plenty of opportunities for permanent contracts and career progression within the business All candidates need to be drug tested before they can start on site.
