Job Description

Position: HR Advisor

Location: Ellesmere Port

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (plus lunch break)

Salary: Competitive, Pro rata for part time

HRGO recruitment are currently recruiting a HR Advisor for our client based in Ellesmere Port and Sandbach. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent or have at least five years of work experience.

Skills and requirements:

  • Ensuring all company policies, employee contacts etc align and remain legally compliant.
  • Assisting with recruitment, disciplinaries and training across the company locations
  • Improving recruitment processes and employee reward & benefits offerings.
  • Ensuring that suitable training programmes / budgets are prepared.
  • Coaching and training management and staff.
  • Capable of balancing high workloads with continuous re-prioritising. High problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Degree level education / 5 years of work experience.
  • Qualified, current professional membership of the CIPD.
  • Demonstable knowledge and understanding of UK employment law and its application.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
