Reporting to the Managing Director, the Stock/Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing stock control and the timely procurement from our production facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, coordinating the production process, and maintaining accurate records of all supply chain. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of asset management and production processes.  THE ROLE:Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Stock Control:
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. 
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels, production output, and asset utilisation.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for optimising inventory levels. 
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven experience in asset management, stock control, and production management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and production processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Customer-focused and understands the importance of customer satisfaction and strives to ensure that inventory and asset management supports this goal. 
SALARY & BENEFITS:
  • £27,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
