We are seeking a Project Coordinator with personal assistant experience on a temporary basis with the potential to become a permanent role. As a Project Coordinator, you'll coordinate project activities, manage schedules, and provide essential administrative support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of supporting projects effectively, this role is perfect for you. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans.
  • Manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate progress to all team members.
  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation, such as reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Organise and attend stakeholder meetings and ensure that project teams are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for project queries and information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • UK Driving License 
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator and Personal Assistant.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient in project management software tools.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
