Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning Manager to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer forecasts to produce accurate demand plans.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining demand forecasts for multiple products across various regions and sales channels.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing overstock or stockout scenarios.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and production) to align demand forecasts with business needs and promotional activities
  • Support in identifying potential supply chain risks and working proactively to mitigate them.
  • Assist with reporting and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement in the demand planning process.
  • Manage communication with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely product availability
  • Support the integration of new systems and demand planning tools where required.
  • Creating BOM's (Bill of Materials) 

About You:

  • Previous experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role within the FMCG sector is preferred but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or demand planning software is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
