Multi Skilled Engineer
Ellesmere Port
This is a temporary to permanent position with an immediate start available.
Hours:
06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00
**Working 4 days, 4 off and then working 4 nights, 4 off.
Pay rate:
£20 per hour
**Rising to £21.22 once permanent.
The role:
-
Welding, both stick and MIG
-
Carry out all shift check sheets as requested
-
Complete set work and preventative maintenance routines as required
-
Maintain and repair a wide range of equipment
-
Ensure all plant repairs are carried out in a safe and timely manner
Requirements:
-
5 years or more experience of plant fitting and maintenance in an industrial environment

Must have or be willing to receive training to operate Telehandler and MEWP equipment

Good communication
-
Good Multi-skilled knowledge range (Electrical & Mechanical)
-
High standard of design and fabrication skills
-
Fluency in spoken and written English
-
Strong understanding of Engineering drawings and able to fabricate from such
******Specialist tools and large equipment is provided; however, you will be expected to provide your own small and general-purpose tools. There is secure storage for your personal items.
