An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Office Manager to join a market leading utilities business, based in Ellesmere Port. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the leadership in the day to day running of the site from operational support, to procurement and internal communications.

Client Details

Our client, based in Ellesmere Port, is a market leading supply chain business, looking at renewable energy. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Business Office Manager to support their growth plans.

Description

Duties of the Senior Business Office Manager:

  • Provide support to the leadership time, coordination of meetings
  • Drive internal communications ensuring clarity and alignment of business objectives
  • Responsibility for policies and procedures, keeping them up to date
  • Review the training matrix to ensure compliance
  • Coordinating internal events for staff
  • Support HR with onboarding and payroll
  • Office management duties: facilities, office consumables, site security, contractors
  • Coordinate site visits - PPE, refreshments, meeting room prep
  • Monthly reporting preparation
  • Lead of wellbeing and inclusive initiatives

Profile

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Experience working in a high paced environment
  • Comfort in ambiguity and change
  • Self-starter with can-do attitude
  • Deadline drive, problem solver, independent thinker
  • Experience in an Office Manager role

Job Offer

Salary £40k - £45k
