The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the leadership in the day to day running of the site from operational support, to procurement and internal communications.

Description
Duties of the Senior Business Office Manager:
- Provide support to the leadership time, coordination of meetings
- Drive internal communications ensuring clarity and alignment of business objectives
- Responsibility for policies and procedures, keeping them up to date
- Review the training matrix to ensure compliance
- Coordinating internal events for staff
- Support HR with onboarding and payroll
- Office management duties: facilities, office consumables, site security, contractors
- Coordinate site visits - PPE, refreshments, meeting room prep
- Monthly reporting preparation
- Lead of wellbeing and inclusive initiatives

The successful candidate will be/have:

Job Offer
Salary £40k - £45k
