A Plasterer is needed in the Cheshire area for work in the Social Housing sector focusing on Repairs & Maintenance.
Candidates should have experience with domestic properties and a comprehensive understanding of plastering techniques.
The position is temp to perm, offering a CIS rate of £18 per hour, with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks.
A full UK driving license is required, and a DBS check will be conducted for the selected candidate.
Duties include skimming ceilings and walls, patch plastering, bonding, and addressing damp and mold issues.

I am seeking a Plasterer within the Cheshire area working within the Social Housing sector for Repairs & Maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be experienced within domestic properties and covering all aspects for plastering.

The role is temp to perm with a CIS rate of £18 an hour and an opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card.

Duties Included:

Skimming ceilings and walls
Patch plastering
Bonding
Damp and Mold remedials
Sealing pencil cracks
Multi trade works
