We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, committed and highly focused individual, who can support the children and staff in reaching their full potential.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to enhance pupil's knowledge.* Assess and monitor student progress to ensure they meet their expected learning outcomes.* Identify gaps in student's understanding.* Build productive relationships with parents and guardians.* Design and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Requirements You Need:

* Have a relevant qualifications (QTS or ECT)* Experience within a classroom.* Be passionate about supporting children with their learning* The ability to keep children engaged and motivated* Have strong communication skills* Have good behaviour management skills
