Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary School in Ellesmere Port to work on a long-term or short-term

You’ll be joining an inclusive/modern/supportive school, focused on highlight two of their school values, such as diversity, equality, etc.

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

 What You’ll Be Doing in the Role: 

  • Assisting with lessons by helping students understand material, especially those who need extra support

  • Heping with administrative tasks like record-keeping and preparing materials.

  • Supporting classroom management by helping with behavior and ensuring students stay focused.

Essential Qualifications:

  •  Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting

  •  Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

  • Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience

  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
