Job Title: Recruitment Admin
Location: Remote/Hybrid - Ellesmere Port
Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months with potential to be extended
Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8.30am-5pm, Thursday-Friday 8.30am-4pm
Pay rate: £14.55-£15.59 p/hour

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews and engage hiring managers
- Post job ads, source CVs, and shortlist candidates
- Utilise Excel for tracking and reporting
- Write engaging job descriptions and adverts
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven recruitment experience
- Proficient in Excel (confident with formulas)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Methodical approach to screening CVs
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Experience in specialist roles

- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
