Job Title: Retail Assistant

Remuneration: £12 p/hour

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Deliver high-quality customer service, adhering to our client's standards
- Welcome and engage customers, offering assistance and product recommendations
- Conduct sampling activities in-store and out-of-store
- Process payments at the till
Retail Standards:
- Maintain our client's retail standards throughout the day
- Ensure proper replenishment, display, and pricing of products
- Actively sell and promote promotional items and offers
- Perform daily cleaning duties within the store
Operational Standards:
- Ensure operational excellence according to our client's standards
- Manage stock replenishment, counting, rotation, and recording
- Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
