Tribe is on the hunt for experienced Retail Managers / Style Advisors / Retail Assistants / Sales Assistants / Brand Ambassadors / Event Staff to represent a purpose led fashion brand with the power to change the way customers feel.

The chosen team will be responsible for managing the pop-up store, assisting customers in piecing outfits together, championing the brand, and making sales whilst delivering an exceptional customer service.

Retail Sales Assistant - Location

Manager (Retail)

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Leading by example
• Managing the team and breaks
• Stock managing day-to-day stock
• Receiving deliveries, stock inventory, stock replenishment
• Merchandising - following brand guidelines
• Management of staff uniform
• Implement and enforce agreed process
• Provide insight to continuously improve
• Daily update in Whats App Manger Comms group
• Weekly Trade Report completed before 6pm on Saturdays, shared with Client

Retail Sales Assistant - Style Advisor (Retail)

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Be aware of store processes
• Preserve and grow knowledge on existing material/messaging
• Provide insight to continuously improve activity
• Assisting with stock managing day-to-day stock
• Assisting with deliveries, stock inventory, stock replenishment
• Ability to multitask like a pro, from operational tasks, or tidying the shop floor, to processing POS transactions
• Working as part of the team
• Can do attitude

Team Leader Rates - From £16.00ph

Brand Warriors Rates - From £13.50ph

Dates - Friday 27th September 204 - End of Jan 2025
