PE Teacher - Ellesmere Port Area

Start date: 17th March 2025Pay: £150 - £190 per day (depending on experience)Location: Ellesmere Port

We are seeking two passionate and dedicated PE Teachers to join a close partner school in the Ellesmere Port area, starting from 17th March 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic professionals, and Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply. You will receive full support and guidance from Academics throughout your role as well as access to professional development to help you grow in your teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high quality PE lessons to students across various age groups
  • Plan, implement, and assess sports activities that encourage teamwork, fitness, and skill development
  • Promote a healthy and active lifestyle among students, encouraging lifelong habits of fitness
  • Organise and supervise extracurricular sports clubs, events, and competitions
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them improve their skills and progress in physical education

About You:

  • You will have experience teaching in a classroom setting and a passion for physical education
  • You will be dedicated to motivating and inspiring students to engage in sport and physical activity
  • You will possess strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply as full mentorship and support will be available to help you thrive in your role
