Our client is looking for Service Technician who have an Electrical background for a Permanent position.

Location: UK Sites (Primary), TTL Ellesmere Port (Secondary)
Department: Gas Detection / Lanxess

Key Responsibilities:

Service, commission, and support Velcorin dosing units for the drinks industry.
Install, maintain, and commission gas detection equipment (mobile/fixed detectors, control panels).
Compile service reports with diagnostics and recommendations.
Manage TTL consignment stock for Gas Detection / Lanxess customers.
Collaborate with After Sales Manager to resolve queries and identify opportunities.
Provide in-house support to Manufacturing.
Ensure health & safety and promote TTL Quality Assurance.
Essential Requirements:

NVQ or equivalent in Electrical/Instrumentation.
Time-served apprenticeship in Electrical/Instrumentation.
Gas detection training certificates.
Full, clean driving license.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and test devices.
Knowledge of electrical principles and low-voltage installations.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Desirable:

Experience in industrial environments and gas detection systems (Status, Crowcon, Darger).
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
