Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious aspiring youth mentor to join a Secondary School in Ellesmere Port 

You’ll be joining an inclusive/modern/supportive school, focused on highlight two of their school values, such as diversity, equality, etc.

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

 What You’ll Be Doing in the Role: 

  • Building relationships: Establishing trust and being a positive role model

  •  Providing guidance: Offering advice on education, personal challenges, and goal-setting

  • Teaching life skills: Helping with time management, communication, and decision-making

  • Maintaining boundaries: Ensuring professionalism and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications: 

  •  Experience working with youths: Previous experience working with children or young adults in volunteer or professional settings can be helpful. This could be through tutoring, coaching, or working in community programs.

  • High school diploma or equivilant:

  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
