Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious aspiring youth mentor to join a Secondary School in Ellesmere Port
You’ll be joining an inclusive/modern/supportive school, focused on highlight two of their school values, such as diversity, equality, etc.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

Building relationships: Establishing trust and being a positive role model

Providing guidance: Offering advice on education, personal challenges, and goal-setting

Teaching life skills: Helping with time management, communication, and decision-making
-
Maintaining boundaries: Ensuring professionalism and confidentiality
Essential Qualifications:

Experience working with youths: Previous experience working with children or young adults in volunteer or professional settings can be helpful. This could be through tutoring, coaching, or working in community programs.

High school diploma or equivilant:

Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
