Position: Fabricator Welder

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 08.30 - 15:00

Salary: £16.00 per hour negotiable DOE

We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to assemble structural forms.

Duties:

  • Work in a safe and conscientious manner
  • Read and understand fabrication drawings
  • Demonstrate a high level of welding competency
  • Experience of workshop machinery and equipment
  • Apply basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for equipment operation.
  • Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively

Experience:

  • Proven experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong understanding of basic maths for measurements.
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation.
  • Competence in using hand tools and power tools.
