Responsibilities:
- Lead from the workshop floor, working closely with installation and management teams.

- Report and manage shortages and engineering challenges.
- Support installation growth and operational efficiencies.

Requirements:
- Experience in an engineering workshop environment.
- Strong team collaboration and leadership skills.
- Hands-on fitting experience and the ability to lead by example.
- Proven track record in managing time, costs, and working relationships.
- Full driving license.
- Forklift truck license (a plus but not essential).
