For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering:

  • £24,000 per annum 
  • Monday- Thursday 8:45am-5pm and Fridays 8:45am- 4:30pm 
  • Permanent
  • Immediate start
  • Modern office-based facilities.

The Role - Customer Service Administrator:

  • Accepting incoming calls
  • To provide administrative support to the CSC activities of the Service department.
  • Liaise with customers to provide a consistently high level of customer service
  • Raising quotes, estimates and invoices for chargeable work
  • Responding to customer enquiries for breakdowns and servicing
  • Liaising with Depot, ASCs and Central Service team regarding all aspects of on-call or service contracts.
  • Day to day administration
  • Passing calls to the controllers 

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Office-based Administration or Service Advisor experience is required - ESSENTIAL.
  • Experience raising quotes/ invoices- PREFFERED
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT Skills- ESSENTIAL
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
