For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering:
- £24,000 per annum
- Monday- Thursday 8:45am-5pm and Fridays 8:45am- 4:30pm
- Permanent
- Immediate start
- Modern office-based facilities.
The Role - Customer Service Administrator:
- Accepting incoming calls
- To provide administrative support to the CSC activities of the Service department.
- Liaise with customers to provide a consistently high level of customer service
- Raising quotes, estimates and invoices for chargeable work
- Responding to customer enquiries for breakdowns and servicing
- Liaising with Depot, ASCs and Central Service team regarding all aspects of on-call or service contracts.
- Day to day administration
- Passing calls to the controllers
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator:
- Office-based Administration or Service Advisor experience is required - ESSENTIAL.
- Experience raising quotes/ invoices- PREFFERED
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT Skills- ESSENTIAL
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
