Parts Advisor

Funky Flamingo is the UK's fastest growing recruitment agency, specialising in the supply of HGV Technicians and HGV Drivers. 

We are now looking for a Parts Advisor to work on a permanent basis with our busy and friendly client based in Ellington, Cambridgeshire. 

The bit about the shift pattern: 

- Day Shift = 4 on 4 off - 06.00am to 06.00pm (12 hour shifts) 

The bit about the pay and perks:

- £26,000 a year + Overtime always available at 1.5

The bit about the duties:

- Managing inventory based on demand and cost targets

- Maintaining stock levels to ensure repairs are carried out without delay

- Stock retrieval and picking

- Stock put away

The bit about the required skills:

- The ability to work alone and as part of a team

- Good communication skills along with punctuality and reliability

- The ability to learn a computerised stock control system

- Be friendly and approachable

- Good organisational skills and ability to be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines

The bit about experience/qualifications:

- You must have previous experience within a parts environment
