Our client is a world leader in Healthcare Packaging. They produce customised packaging for the healthcare Industry.

Our client proudly boasts global leadership positions in the healthcare market, they have enjoyed 70 years of creating, shepherding, and leading the healthcare packaging industry.

They are looking to add real quality to their team in a new Quality Manager! Pun absolutely intended!

  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge of COSHH and relevant H&S regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading a team, coaching, and training colleagues in improved ways of working.
  • Organisational Ability: Strong coordination, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and openness to new ideas.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High levels of self-awareness and the ability to engage effectively with others.
  • Proactive Attitude: A 'can-do' mindset, working to high standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience interfacing with external bodies like suppliers, regulatory organisations, auditors, and customers.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and KPI tracking using Microsoft Office.
  • Training Expertise: Capability to create and deliver Quality and CI training programmes and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
