Multi Drop Class 2 Driver
Interaction Recruitment Milton Keynes is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Multi Drop Class 2 Driver to join a well-established team.
About the role:
As a Multi Drop Class 2 Driver, you will work alongside a Drivers Mate to deliver orders, including alcohol in crates, kegs, and boxes, to customer premises in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner, ensuring safety and accuracy at every step. You will be responsible for delivering products within a specific geographical radius, helping ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.
Shifts: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work during peak periods).

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct vehicle inspection checks before departure.
Ensure all customer orders, including crates, kegs, and boxes of alcohol, are securely packaged and prepared for delivery.
Coordinate with your Drivers Mate to review the running sheet and customer orders.
Communicate any delays, stock shortages, or issues to the customer.
Assist with unloading orders at customer premises.
Collect empty kegs/pallets and returns, ensuring correct handling and storage at the depot.
Adhere to health and safety procedures throughout the day.
Complete all necessary paperwork and EPOD tasks, along with other administration duties.
Work closely with the Transport Management team regarding vehicle issues or delays.
Maintain full compliance with Tachograph legislation.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of the local road network and over three years of driving experience, including at least 12 months in a Class 2 role. You must hold a valid HGV driving licence and a CPC qualification. You will have experience in delivering excellent customer service and possess strong communication skills. While experience with multi-drops is preferred, we value adaptability and a willingness to handle diverse delivery challenges, especially delivering alcohol in various forms.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of driving experience.
Full HGV Class 2 licence and CPC qualification.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with a drivers mate and manage deliveries in a timely manner.
