We have a fantastic opportunity with our client based in Elstree, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to help create and drive all marketing activity.

This is a senior, pivotal stand-alone role that offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the company’s marketing strategy.

You will ideally live within a 10-mile radius of the Elstree office

What’s in it for you?

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and execute the marketing strategy which supports current and future business plans.

·         Conduct market research, identify target markets and execute strategies to reach potential audiences and deliver to their needs.

·         Create and deliver holistic social media campaigns which promote audience growth, engagement and pay per click campaign management.

·         Manage internal communications and cross functional collaboration.

·         Prepare marketing and sales collateral including brochures, direct emails, user guides, press releases and presentations in conjunction with a graphic designer.

·         Manage and plan budgets, resources and execute on all deliverables on time.

·         Analyse post campaign reports, report on KPIs and identify the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns and implement recommendations.

·         Gain media coverage with key industry titles.

·         Maintain the brand into all internal and external marketing communications.

·         Proactively manage key relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, especially sales, to ensure the above is executed consistently across the business.

·         Work with the website designer to create engaging and informative content, reviewing and making small changes, when required.

·         Develop a deep understanding of the market, products, services, end user behaviours and industry trends.

What the employer is looking for:

·         Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar product marketing role.

·         Educated to degree level in marketing or business-related subject, e.g. CIM.

·         Ability to understand the target market at a high level.

·         Proven experience working on online and offline marketing activities.

·         Outstanding written communication and verbal reasoning skills, with excellent English.

·         Excellent planning, documentation, presentation and organisational skills with meticulous approach and thorough attention to detail.

·         Strong commercial awareness and experience of managing budgets and proving ROI.

·         Social media profile management and audience growth.

·         Proven experience of pay per click campaign management.

·         A creative approach.

·         Proven experience of building relationships with key industry publications to gain media coverage.

·         Computer and systems literate with good analytical/numerical skills.

·         Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work.
