An exciting opportunity to join a small and friendly team working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.  Starting as a temporary position, there is the opportunity for the role to become permanent and as such we are looking for administrators who would be keen to secure permanent work.  The office is likely to move to Selby in the future due to growth.

For this admin role you need to be adaptable with good keyboard skills and previous office experience.  Full training will be given as the role is varied and busy.

Duties for the administrator will include:

  • Management of timesheets and expenses
  • Answering the telephone and responding to queries
  • Raising PO numbers and processing requests for materials 
  • Arranging couriers
  • Liaising with departments and chasing of orders as required
