This position as a Management Accountant provides an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to play a key role within our Accounting & Finance department. Description
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Liaise with our Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Support the company's strategic planning and initiatives
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, or a relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP)
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
- Ability to strategise and solve problems
