You have a passion for tax and have done your ATT. Now you are looking for a practice, which will encourage you in your career and support you as you do your CTA. Alternatively, you could be QBE with extensive tax knowledge within practice and be looking to progress.If this describes you, then my client is keen to know about you and your skills. They need someone to do the following and ideally have some experience in these areas:
  • Working alongside the partners to provide CGT advice - and that in itself will be interesting with the forthcoming budget!
  • CGT on UK property returns
  • Inheritance tax
  • Trusts, including the trust registration service and IHT aspects of trusts
  • Statutory Residence Test reviews
  • Tax returns for non-resident individuals
