Role: Sales Administrator

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm  

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 26 days after 5 years’ service), volunteering leave days, BUPA health assessment, life insurance cover, training and development programmes.

In this role you will manage the seamless processing and administration of contracts, coordinate installations, and set up agreements that may include third-party arrangements. Collaborate closely with the Sales team and Customer Success Manager to ensure top-notch service delivery to every client.

What you’ll do:

  • Process sales documents and contracts
  • Coordinate equipment delivery and communicate effectively with everyone involved
  • Collect and process data
  • Oversee invoicing for rental fees, consumables, and services,
  • Keep service records up to date
  • Provide general administration support

  • At least one year of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
