Head of Marketing
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum + 10% bonus

- Craft and implement marketing plans that align with our sales strategy
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to maximise market presence
- Analyse campaign performance to drive ROI and improve future tactics
- Spearhead industry events and manage the vibrant in-house design team
What we are looking for:
- A seasoned marketer with a Marketing Degree or CIM Diploma
- Experienced in B2B marketing and managing diverse teams
- A strategic thinker with a knack for meeting deadlines and smashing targets
- Customer-focused, with sterling communication skills and a team-first attitude
