Xpert Resourcing are working with a friendly, well established business in Ely who are looking to add to their established team.
A real focus of this role is to offer exceptional customer service both internally and externally
Dutieswill include:
- Responsible for administering all relevant documents and forms, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage schedules and coordinate the delivery of products and services.
- Assist the invoicing team to make sure all billing is accurate.
- Professionally deal with all contract queries and questions.
- Answer and resolve any disputes with with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Assist with general office and administration duties, including filing, scanning, and managing of relevant documents.
Experience / skills required:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
