You will take full ownership of the marketing function, overseeing both online and offline marketing, developing the strategy, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a diverse team, preferably in a B2B setting, and project management skills would be a valuable asset. Success in this role hinges on lead generation and sales performance, so we need a self-assured marketer who thrives in a commercially oriented position.
In return, the company offers a hybrid working setup, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, making it easily commutable from various locations, including St Ives, Huntingdon, Downham Market, Cambridge, Royston, Ely, Newmarket, Bedford, and St Neots.
