CNC Miller Programmer/Setter (4-Day Week)

Position 1 Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading precision engineering company specialising in the medical and aerospace industries. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in programming and setting CNC milling machines, working with Fanuc controls and CAD/ CAM software, whilst producing high precision components.

Key Requirements:

• Strong programming & setting experience
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
• Team player with problem-solving skills and a focus on quality
• Experience with continuous improvement in CNC processes

This role offers a 4-day working week Monday Thursday 37.5 hours, with a salary up to £17.50ph - depending on experience.
