Working for a global manufacturing business you will be working in the machine shop providing precision machined components for production use.
Duties to Include:
- Run a variety of CNC machines
- Ensure machines are scheduled and loaded to meet Kanban demand
- Assist the programmers when necessary
- QC and taking accurate measurements
- Weekly machine maintenance duties
- Process improvement initiatives
Experience/Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of Fanuc machines
- Experience of working with micron level precision
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a machine shop environment
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday - 06.00am - 2.30pm Friday - 6am - 1pmBenefits25 days holiday plus bank holiday Life Insurance Pension Health care Well being initiatives
