The Role

Your role will specifically involve working with various machine types, including Driven Tool, Chuck, and Bar machines. Precision is paramount in this position, and you will be responsible for maintaining tight tolerances while ensuring the exceptional quality of your work

Bringing expertise in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines equipped with Fanuc-based control systems. The ideal candidate will have completed relevant training or acquired extensive experience in precision machining.

Key Requirements:

  • Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure efficient and accurate production in accordance with job specifications.
  • Set up CNC machines including loading materials, tool selection, and calibration.
  • Collaborate with team members to interpret engineering drawings and ensure adherence to precise specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to optimise performance and minimise downtime.
  • Perform quality checks on completed products to ensure they meet the company's high standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines to maintain seamless production processes.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to a safe working environment.
