The Role

This is a position that will require an experience CNC Sliding head setter.

The work will include the following:

Setting and operating STAR Sliding head machines.

Machining a wide range of components from a variety of materials

Review parts produced, drawings or instructions to understand required specifications

Be responsible for own quality recording outputs to drawing specification

Monitor machine while working to achieve optimum outputs

Always looking for continuous improvement in all processes

The Candidate

To apply for this role, you must

1. Experience Setting and Operating CNC Sliding Head Machines

2. Experience on STAR machines would be preferable

3. Able to read and understand complex drawings and have a good eye for detail

This role offers a 4 day working week, Monday - Thursday. 37.5 hours per week.
