Polytec are looking for a skilled 5 Axis CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to work nightshift for our Ely based client. You will complete 37.5 hours over 3 nights, Monday - Wednesday 18:00 hrs - 06:30 hrs.
Responsibilities:
* Review parts produced, drawings and instructions to understand required specifications.
* Documenting work done accurately and comprehensively
* Monitoring machines to achieve optimum outputs
* Seeking continuous improvement in all processes
Requirements:
* Experience with Fanuc controls
* Excellent CAD/CAM skills, able to program components offline ideally with Hypermill or OneCNC
* Experience with 5 axis programming, setting and operating
* Ability to read and interpret complex drawings
* Excellent teams skills, attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities
* Potential to lead a team in the future
