Looking for a role combining customer service and administration?

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience in a global organisation, with excellent training and onboarding.

In this crucial role, you'll be providing comprehensive technical telephone support to customers, including first-line support, triaging and resolving complex customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.

If the fault cannot be repaired over the phone, you'll be ordering parts required to repair and dispatching as technician within the agreed service levels.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve technical problems
  • Ensure jobs raised for a technician visit have the correct parts forecasted
  • Ensure fault call visits are scheduled effectively
  • Provide an efficient telephone support service
  • Build, maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Chase and investigate issues regarding job completion
  • Advising customers of additional products and services that might be appropriate for their needs

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a can-do attitude and experience in being a proactive team member.

You'll be able to use your initiative and enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment.

Being an excellent communicator is essential, ideally you'll have experience in a customer service role and good IT skills.

Ely, Cambridgeshire (with hybrid working available)

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
