We are working with a Technology company based in Cambridgeshire who are looking to add an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position based on-site.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the design on hardware design for new product lines from idea through to production.
  • Take ownership of technical design documentation and reporting.
  • Assist wider teams with product life cycle.
  • Review customer feedback against new and existing product lines.
  • Lead on PCB layout and Schematic design.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years experience within hardware design and high speed digital circuit design.
  • Experience with C/C++.
  • Knowledge and active experience with PCIe, VGA and FPGA.
  • Experienced taking technical lead.
  • Excellent communicational and organisational skills.
