I am recruiting for a business in Cambridgeshire seeking an experienced Power Electronics Engineer on a contract basis.
The role involves the development of systems for the electric vehicle sector, with a focus on power electronics.
The position is for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer located in Ely, Cambridgeshire, and is set to start as soon as possible.
The contract rate is up to £60 per hour, which is outside IR35, and candidates should have a background in power electronics and full product lifecycle experience.
Most work will be conducted on-site in Cambridge, although some flexibility is offered.

LOCATION: Ely, Cambridgeshire

RATE:Up to 60ph (Outside IR35)

Skills required for the Senior Power Electronics Engineer are:

Background in power electronics, ideallyAC/DC / DCDC / buck-boost / flybackconverters, electromagnetic systems, electric motors
Altium for CAD design or schematics
Full product lifecycle experience

Although the role can offersomeflexibility - most work will be done on-site in Cambridge.
