About the Role:
As our HSQE Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Health and Safety:

  • Conduct and review risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Investigate accidents, write comprehensive reports, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure safety across depots, transport, and maintenance operations.
  • Deliver safety training and develop lift plans.
  • Address and resolve safety-related queries from customers.
  • Lead health and safety audits and compile accident statistics.

Quality:

  • Perform annual internal audits and manage audit schedules.
  • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Host external audits and respond promptly to any quality issues.

Environmental:

  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and internal audits.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve net-zero emissions.
  • Monitor and report on environmental KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in HSQE management, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental practices.
  • Excellent auditing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams to uphold the highest standards.
