About the Role:
As our HSQE Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Health and Safety:
- Conduct and review risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Investigate accidents, write comprehensive reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure safety across depots, transport, and maintenance operations.
- Deliver safety training and develop lift plans.
- Address and resolve safety-related queries from customers.
- Lead health and safety audits and compile accident statistics.
Quality:
- Perform annual internal audits and manage audit schedules.
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Host external audits and respond promptly to any quality issues.
Environmental:
- Conduct environmental risk assessments and internal audits.
- Drive initiatives to achieve net-zero emissions.
- Monitor and report on environmental KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in HSQE management, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental practices.
- Excellent auditing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams to uphold the highest standards.
