As Ethics & Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role within the business, and promote ethical practices across their supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a UK risk register to drive ethical auditing.
  • Conduct audits aligned with ETI, SMETA, GLAA, Global Gap etc
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve ethical standards.
  • Deliver training to enhance awareness of ethical issues across multiple sites.
  • Support ethical sourcing strategies and human rights due diligence.
  • Travel across the UK and abroad as required.

What You'll Need

  • Passion for ethical compliance and a desire to grow in this field.
  • Experience in due diligence for reputational and ethical integrity.
  • Experience working in a food or fresh produce businesss
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • IT proficiency, including Excel and data management.
  • Relationship-building and influencing skills.
