Mission:

We are seeking a skilled Personal Assistant who can take on a pivotal role in supporting our Chief Executive Officer and managing key aspects of our operations. This individual will oversee regulatory compliance, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Whether interacting with clients, suppliers, or our internal team, we need someone who is highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering with integrity.

With our commitment to flexibility, this post is open to someone initially starting at 2 hours per day potentially with some additional hours., the work is performed remotely with a bi-monthly face-to-face meeting with the CEO at the registered offices in Ely, Cambridgeshire. We have developed the whole business model based on remote working and the financial processes in place support this. Our culture is developed such that you can thrive in this environment.

What outcomes are we after?

A highly organized professional who can build trust with our CEO by taking over key responsibilities, allowing him to focus on strategic priorities. These tasks include:

  • Managing the CEO's diary with precision.
  • Scheduling meetings and providing thorough note-taking support.
  • Maintaining an efficient electronic filing system.
  • Regularly updating key files and documents.
  • Event organisation support

Providing ad hoc support to the Operations Director, assisting with tasks related to process improvement, marketing, and sales as required.

Actively contributing to the development and communication of our company culture, fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
