Production Operative
Location: Ely, Sutton
Salary: £12.30 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Start: ASAP
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Night Shift: Sunday – Wednesday 10pm – 6am, Thursday 10pm – 5am
In alignment with the SSOW, the Production Operative, under the guidance of the Machine Operator, will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of operating conversion machines. Experience in flat bed die-cutting machinery is essential
Duties will include:
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Assisting with all tasks required.
- Feeding materials into the machine.
- Assembling goods onto pallets ready to distribute to the warehouse.
- Packing of goods for the warehouse.
Key skills and attributes required:
- Of fit health for lifting and loading goods.
- Strong work ethic and desire to progress.
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instruction
